Target Beneficiaries

Our primary beneficiaries are young Africans aged 16–28 who are passionate about social impact and innovation but often face limited access to quality education, mentoring, and employment opportunities. These include recent graduates, final-year university students, and early-career professionals, especially from underserved or marginalized communities across the continent.

We intentionally target this demographic due to their strategic positioning at the intersection of education and employment.

Program Ideas

Our programs are built around three pillars: Education for Impact, Innovation Labs, and Leadership Development. Education for Impact delivers intensive online and in-person boot camps on social entrepreneurship, digital literacy, and systems thinking. Innovation Labs support youth-led teams with mentorship, seed funding, and a safe space to prototype and test ideas.

Leadership Development includes policy engagement training, job placement pipelines into social impact roles, and networking forums with thought leaders and practitioners.
